I’m Ana, I support beings to reconnect with their bodies, cycles, sensuality and the sacred rhythms of life. Everything I offer here, from 1:1 sessions to nourishing plant plans and embodied practices is created to gently guide you back home to yourself.

My journey was shaped by chronic illness and sexual trauma, which led me to find healing and remembrance through practices like Yoga, Sacred Feminine work and Herbalism.

So whether you're beginning or deepening your journey, you will find something here that helps you root, rise, and reclaim the power that has always lived within you.
